+/-52 acres of 7th leaf Ivanhoe Walnuts on Paradox Rootstock. Trees were planted on February 15, 2017 at 24′ x 22′ spacing.
+/-30 acres of 9th leaf Ivanhoe Walnuts on Paradox Rootstock. Trees were planted on January 31, 2014 at 24′ x 22′ spacing.
+/-8 acres of 6th leaf Ivanhoe Walnuts on Paradox Rootstock. Trees were planted on January 5, 2018 at 24′ x 22′ spacing.
Water
Property is located in Fresno Irrigation District (FID) and part of North Kings GSA. There are six (6) Ag wells on the property and three (3) automated sprinkler systems. The FID recharge basin located next to the property ensures high groundwater levels. Surface water connections for flood irrigation, private canal, standpipes, and road crossings are already in place.

Improvements
There are six (6) homes on the property (one (1) will have a Life Estate) and two (2) metal equipment sheds. Property has a new +/-3,000 gallon diesel storage tank and permanent powered chemical mixing station that is ready to use.
